What kind of an organization are you? What kind do you want to be? What are the things you really value?
 
For nearly a quarter century, Ethos has helped client organizations create, articulate and live up to an intentional culture. Culture matters and there's plenty of research to prove it. But you don't need learned papers to know that an organization's constitution -- vision, mission, values and goals -- ultimately determines the organization's success. That culture, that constitution is what attracts and retains clients and the employees who serve them.
 
Organizational culture or, as we call it, corporate spirit, can seem so amorphous and theoretical. We help clients get culture out of the clouds and into the crowds. The only culture that matters is the real culture that creates a context for daily action.

 
Who do you think you are? In this relatively short span of our lives, what do you want to accomplish? What do you want leave behind?
 
Years ago, we got into the practice of helping individuals -- people like you -- market themselves to prospective employers. We created some of the most compelling resumes in the world (and still do), we coached and helped clients practice interview skills and we helped them find opportunities in the market. We helped clients get jobs. But we weren't serving them well. People are so much more than their jobs. Without doing the heavy lifting of discerning our true selves and what we value most, it's awfully hard to find work that satisifies us for long.
 
Our career coaching practice has since expanded into balanced life coaching. It's not for everyone but for those who are ready, it makes all the difference in the world.
